Service and trial

Web tools are free. The Windows app offers a card-free 7-day trial starting with first PC registration. It never converts automatically to a paid subscription. Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled.

Windows subscription and payment

Monthly costs US$3.99 each month; annual costs US$24.99 each year, paid upfront. Local taxes are additional; check the final total in Creem checkout. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion and international payment fees. Annual savings compare the annual price with twelve monthly payments.

Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) is the merchant of record for Windows web subscriptions. KJKJ provides the app and technical support. NICEPAY is not an available sales method. Mac App Store subscriptions are purchased and managed separately through Apple and do not automatically include Windows access.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval. Your account shows the next renewal date after payment. Cancel the next renewal in account.coverton.app or the Creem customer portal. Cancellation is separate from requesting a refund; access continues through the paid period unless a refund or dispute revokes it.

Account, PCs and licenses

Register up to two Windows PCs per account; release an existing PC in the account before replacing it. Paid access is granted after server verification. If confirmation is delayed, check the existing order rather than paying again.

Offline leases never exceed the paid period and require online renewal at least every 30 days. Refunds, disputes and device releases revoke access on the next server check; an existing offline lease may delay enforcement until it expires.

Files, features and updates

Conversion and editing files are processed on your device. Keep important originals and check results. Support varies by format, size, encryption and file integrity. Exact preservation of every document layout, macro or advanced formula is not guaranteed. Features and compatibility may change with updates.

Refunds and support

Refunds follow the published refund policy and applicable statutory rights. Send the order reference, payment date and issue to support@coverton.app. Our reply target is three business days, not a guarantee of an immediate response.

Terms and consumer rights

These product terms and the Creem buyer terms shown at checkout apply to purchases. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted. Material changes are published with an effective date and require renewed consent where applicable.
