Merge, split and reorder PDF pages for submission

Decide which pages you need, in what order and orientation. Merge complete documents with the merger; save selected pages with extraction. Use the PDF page workspace when you want thumbnails while arranging, rotating or removing pages.

Merging is different from extraction

Merging joins pages from multiple documents. Extraction saves selected pages to a new PDF, while splitting creates several output files. Check input order and final page order, removing repeated covers or unwanted pages before saving.

Review orientation and blank pages

Rotation changes page orientation; reversing changes the entire page order. Check where duplicated or blank pages are placed. For duplex printing, test a few sheets first to confirm that intentional blank pages keep the front and back aligned.

Preserve signed and fillable originals

The page workspace handles up to 150 pages. Copying or merging pages may not preserve forms, digital signatures or bookmarks. Page organization is also different from body-text editing or secure redaction. Open the output and check its page count and content.

Choose the right tool

Example inputs illustrate the workflow; they do not promise a particular file size, recognition accuracy or compatibility.

Merge PDF files

Send a form and supporting documents in one file after checking their order. Keep original forms and signed documents.

Example

3-page PDF + 3-page PDF → 6-page PDF
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 30.
  2. Check the input format and file order, then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

Encrypted PDFs are rejected. Bookmarks, signatures and document-level forms may not survive page copying.

Split a PDF

Distribute a long document as individual pages or fixed-size groups. Use page extraction when you only need selected pages.

Example

3-page PDF + 1 page/file → 3 PDF files
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 1.
  2. Review Split mode, Pages per file, then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

The tool works on page boundaries. It cannot split objects or paragraphs within a page.

Extract PDF pages

Share selected parts of a report by specifying page numbers and ranges. Check the output count and boundary pages.

Example

5-page PDF + 1,3-4 → 3-page PDF
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 1.
  2. Review Page numbers and ranges, then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

Use actual page positions starting at 1, which may differ from page numbers printed in the document.

Open the tool →

Delete PDF pages

Remove blank pages or an unwanted cover. Check that the selected numbers are pages to remove rather than pages to keep.

Example

3-page PDF − page 2 → 2-page PDF
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 1.
  2. Review Page numbers and ranges, then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

At least one page must remain. Keep the original if you may need deleted pages later.

Rotate PDF pages

Correct sideways scanned pages by changing page rotation rather than redrawing their text.

Example

PDF page + 90° → rotated page copy
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 1.
  2. Review Rotation (degrees), Page numbers and ranges, then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

Page rotation changes viewing orientation; it does not reflow text or correct a photographed perspective.

Reorder PDF pages

Rearrange a cover, body and appendix with page numbers. Verify that the output follows your requested sequence.

Example

3-page PDF + 3,1,2 → reordered PDF
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 1.
  2. Review New page order (e.g. 3,1-2), then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

Repeated page numbers duplicate pages. Unlisted pages are left out of the result.

Reverse PDF page order

Reverse a document scanned in backward order. Use explicit reordering when only part of the sequence needs to change.

Example

pages 1,2,3 → pages 3,2,1
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 1.
  2. Check the input format and file order, then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

This reverses every page. Use the reorder tool for a custom sequence instead.

Duplicate PDF pages

Repeat a form or instruction page. Check the selected range and repeat count against the expected page count.

Example

3-page PDF + repeat selected page → expanded PDF
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 1.
  2. Review Page numbers and ranges, Repeat count, then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

Repeated pages increase output size and page count; the browser still enforces resource limits.

Open the tool →

Insert blank PDF pages

Insert blank pages for print layout or notes at a selected position. Verify their dimensions in the output.

Example

PDF + blank page after page 2 → updated PDF
  1. Choose files in PDF format. Maximum files per batch: 1.
  2. Review Position, Insert after page, Pages to insert, then start processing.
  3. Download the PDF result and check its content and quality.
What to check

Blank pages use the selected paper size, which may differ from surrounding pages.

Open the tool →

PDF page workspace

Arrange pages from several PDFs visually, then save the kept, reordered or rotated pages as one document.

Example

PDF A + PDF B − unwanted page → arranged PDFOpen the tool →
