Reporting a problem
Include the tool, input/output formats, browser and error message. Do not send private filenames, document contents, payment details or passwords. If a sample is needed, use a separate file with personal information removed.
Files and privacy
Conversion files are not uploaded to the operator, so we cannot inspect or recover them. Remove locally retained jobs in temporary file management.
