Scope
This policy applies to Windows subscriptions bought through Creem. Free web tools and the card-free trial create no charge. Use Apple’s refund process for Mac App Store purchases.
Cancel renewal
Cancel future renewal in your account or the Creem customer portal. The current paid period remains available; cancellation alone does not refund it.
Refund eligibility
Eligibility follows applicable withdrawal, defect and non-delivery rights and Creem buyer terms. No additional unconditional voluntary refund window is promised. Report duplicate charges or missing access so we can investigate the order. Requests are not automatically approved, and downloading alone is not treated as a waiver of statutory rights.
How to request
Email support@coverton.app with the order reference, payment date and reason. Do not send card numbers, passwords or original files. We request only minimal reproduction information when necessary.
Processing and access
Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method; settlement timing varies by provider and issuer. The current system also revokes access for a partially refunded payment period, so access treatment is reviewed and explained before deciding a partial refund. Subscription cancellation is checked separately to prevent unwanted renewal.
Statutory rights
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. We explain the criteria and decision for each order, including the reason if a request is refused.
