处理责任主体

Coverton 由 KJKJ（代表：고준표）运营，并对其个人信息处理负责。下方联系方式也用于隐私事务。当前免费公开网站没有账户注册或支付表单。

文件在本地处理

选中的文件在浏览器内处理。Coverton 不将其内容上传至转换服务器，也不将其用于 AI 训练。运营方无法查看文件或恢复已删除结果。寻求支持时请提供问题描述或去除个人信息的示例，不要发送敏感原件。

浏览器存储与 Cookie

为便于在其他工具中继续处理，文件可能临时保存在 IndexedDB 或浏览器专用文件存储中。创建后 24 小时到期，下次网站运行时清理；浏览器关闭期间并不会立即删除。主题、语言、最近使用工具及缓存可能保留至您清除网站数据。下载文件请在保存文件夹中单独管理。

可通过临时文件管理或浏览器设置删除数据，同时可能清除未完成任务与偏好。当前未启用广告或外部分析，不出售个人信息，也不进行跨网站广告追踪。托管安全功能可能另行使用必要技术。

托管与跨境处理

网站由 OpenAI ChatGPT Sites 托管。IP、请求 URL、浏览器信息与时间会传递至基础设施，用于页面传输、安全和故障处理，其中不包含待转换文件内容。

托管适用下方 Sites 条款及相应数据处理协议。本站没有特定国家的数据驻留保证。技术记录可能跨境处理，我们不承诺仅在韩国存储或立即删除服务商所有日志；保留取决于服务商运行、安全及法律需要。相关访问或删除请求可向我们提出。

客服与保留期限

您的邮箱、消息及自愿提供的信息经 Google Gmail 接收，用于回复而非营销。没有联系方式便无法回复。一般咨询在解决后 90 天内删除，争议或法定义务要求延长的除外。

适用韩国交易记录规则时，合同／撤回及付款／服务提供记录保留五年，投诉／争议处理记录三年，广告记录六个月。仅保留必要信息并限制访问，理由结束后删除。Gmail 也适用 Google 隐私政策。

Accounts, payments and international processing

account.coverton.app processes account IDs, password hashes, sessions, recovery-code hashes, device identifiers, trial/subscription/order and authentication records for access, the two-PC limit, trial reuse prevention, payment verification and support. File contents and card numbers are not sent to this server.

Accounts and encrypted backups are stored and processed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Osaka, Japan. Registration, login, device and authentication requests transmit necessary data over HTTPS, including connection information such as IP addresses. Necessary authentication records are kept while the account is in use; closure/deletion requests are handled subject to statutory retention. Contact support@coverton.app.

Windows payments use Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) hosted checkout. We send an order reference, product and quantity. Creem directly collects the buyer’s email, payment and billing information. We receive customer, transaction and subscription references, status, amounts, periods, refunds and disputes to manage access; we do not collect card numbers. Creem’s privacy notice and DPA below describe its international processing, subprocessors and retention. NICEPAY currently receives no live purchase data.

Without necessary account/purchase processing you cannot use those functions; free web tools remain available. Send access, correction, deletion or restriction requests to our support email. Necessary transaction/dispute records remain until applicable retention obligations end.

目的、权利与安全

仅处理提供所请求服务、答复、保障安全与履行法定义务所需的信息。依据适用法，处理基础为合同履行、法定义务、安全提供服务和支持的正当利益，或依法取得的同意。采用 HTTPS 并限制管理访问，但无法保证绝对安全。

依适用法，您可申请访问、更正、删除、限制、转移或反对处理，撤回同意不影响此前合法处理，并可向当地监管机构投诉。我们仅要求核验请求所需的最少信息，按法定期限回复并说明保留或拒绝理由。本地文件可自行删除。

儿童与变更

服务不面向未达到当地数字同意年龄的儿童。如儿童发送了个人信息，请联系我们。重大变更会注明生效日期；需要同意的新用途不会在取得同意前开始。
