Create personalized PDFs, barcode labels and size charts from a table

Use a table when each document or label needs different names or product codes. Generate one personalized PDF document per row, prepare barcode or QR labels for printing, or save a size chart as PNG.

Prepare rows for personalized PDF documents

Personalized PDF document generation supports up to 100 rows, with one PDF per row. It does not import an existing Office layout. Check names, dates and contact details, then create a small sample before processing the entire table.

Print and scan labels before using them

The barcode tool does not assign product codes, and EAN requires a valid check digit. QR output includes a PDF label sheet and SVG codes. Check printed size, margins, contrast and destination URLs with a scanner or phone.

Size charts retain source values

Size-chart output supports up to 100 rows and 12 columns. It does not change measurements or automatically convert units. Include the measurement unit and method, then check readability at the size people will actually see.
