    Task settings

    Add files to begin.

    How to finish your task

Preview the source encoding and export UTF-8 with BOM. Add files and review settings. Create the result, check the preview, actual size and limitations, then download a new file.

    Practical example

If Korean CSV text is garbled, try EUC-KR/CP949 and inspect the preview. Export readable source text as UTF-8 with BOM.

    Scope and limitations

Already corrupted characters cannot be recovered. Values, delimiters and row order remain unchanged; this resolves source-encoding problems.

Files are not uploaded to a server. Outputs are new files, so originals remain unchanged. Review the result before saving.

    When is this useful?

Preview the correct CSV encoding, then save as UTF-8 with BOM. Keep codes such as 00123 as text. Lost zeros or truncated digits cannot be recovered.

    Input and result example

    EUC-KR/CP949 CSV → reviewed UTF-8 BOM CSV

Examples illustrate the workflow; actual size, support and recognition depend on the source and settings.
