Recommended input total: 16 MiB on mobile / 64 MiB on desktop. Low memory can reduce the effective limit.

Your files are not uploaded to a conversion server. A new result is created in your browser.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose files in JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP format. Maximum files per batch: 100.
  2. Review Columns, Cell width (px), Cell height (px), then start processing.
  3. Download the PNG / JPG result and check its content and quality.

What this tool does

  • Arrange several images into a grid using column count, cell size, spacing and background settings.
  • Read JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP input and save the PNG / JPG result as a new file.
  • Available settings: Columns, Cell width (px), Cell height (px), Gap (px), Background color, Output format, Output quality (%).

Limitations

  • Thumbnails are resized to the cells. Large grids can exceed the browser's canvas or memory limits.

Frequently asked questions

Create an image contact sheet — What should I check before using this tool?

Thumbnails are resized to the cells. Large grids can exceed the browser's canvas or memory limits.

Which files can I choose?

Choose files in JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP format. Maximum files per batch: 100.

How can I adjust the result?

Columns, Cell width (px), Cell height (px), Gap (px), Background color, Output format, Output quality (%).

Understand the formats

JPG / JPEG

JPEG stores raster photographs with lossy compression. JPG and JPEG are two extensions for the same format.

Choose JPG for photographic images when a receiving app needs a widely supported format. Inspect fine text and edges after reducing quality.

JPG does not store transparent pixels. A PNG-to-JPG conversion must fill the background. Saving an existing JPG as PNG cannot restore detail already lost in the JPG.

PNG

PNG stores raster images with lossless compression and supports an alpha channel for transparency.

Use PNG for screenshots, diagrams and interface graphics. Check the pixel dimensions before placing it in a print document.

A PNG file can be larger than a JPG of a photograph. Browser processing can change metadata and color profiles; lossless compression does not guarantee that every source property is retained.

When is this useful?

Compare several designs on one sheet using column count and cell dimensions. Keep the individual source photos.

Examples illustrate the workflow; actual size, support and recognition depend on the source and settings.
